Apps Terms of Use

Who may use the apps

You must be at least 16 years old to use our apps covered by these terms. If you are 16 or older but cannot independently enter this agreement under the law where you live, a parent or guardian must review and agree to it for you. Children under 16 may not use these apps.

You must also meet the requirements of the app store and any connected service you use. The age requirement in these terms is separate from an app store’s content rating.

Your permission to use the apps

We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the apps on supported devices for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and applicable app-store rules. This permission does not transfer ownership of the app or its content.

ScriptEvolve and the relevant rights holders retain rights to the software, artwork, names, sounds, and other content. Do not sell or redistribute the apps or their assets without authorization. These terms do not restrict rights granted by applicable law or the separate licenses for open-source components.

Fair play and responsible use

Do not manipulate scores or achievements, misuse advertising rewards, bypass security, interfere with the apps or connected services, or attempt to access another person’s information. Do not use unauthorized automation to submit records or exploit bugs for unfair rewards.

Where permitted by law and within our control, we may restrict connected features or address invalid records to investigate abuse, protect the service, or meet legal requirements. Accounts and records managed by another provider remain subject to that provider’s rules.

Saved progress and connected services

You do not need a ScriptEvolve account for core puzzle play. Our current games keep progress and preferences locally and do not provide a ScriptEvolve cloud-save or device-transfer service. Deletion, uninstalling, replacing a puzzle, device loss, or technical problems can result in lost progress. We cannot promise to recover device-only saves.

Where connected game services are available, an app may submit achievements and leaderboard scores to the provider. Automatic sign-in follows your provider settings. These records are not a backup of your puzzle board or detailed local history.

Connected services are not available in every app or version. Device backups, where available, are controlled by your operating system and provider. Online features require an internet connection and may vary by device, region, and service availability.

Hints, rewards, and advertising

Hints, hearts, stars, achievements, and other game rewards are for use within the game. They have no cash value and cannot be sold or exchanged for money. Rewards are not transferable between players or apps.

Where optional rewarded ads are available, the game shows the reward offered. A reward is granted when the app receives confirmation that it was earned; an interrupted or unavailable ad may not earn a reward. Some versions disable rewarded ads, and our current enabled implementation uses test ads. A displayed option does not guarantee that an ad or reward will be available.

The apps covered here do not currently offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. If paid features are introduced, the price and applicable conditions will be shown before purchase. Any changes to advertising or data use will be reflected in the relevant disclosures and privacy choices.

Privacy and deleting data

Our Apps Privacy Policy explains what is stored on your device, what connected services process, and how to remove data. Clearing local data does not delete a Google or Apple account, provider-held achievements or scores, or a separate device backup.

You can stop using an app at any time. Use its deletion controls or your device settings to remove local data, and manage provider-held records separately. Contact us about information you sent directly to ScriptEvolve.

Services provided by others

App stores, game services, advertising providers, and websites you visit have their own terms and privacy practices. Those terms apply to your use of their services. Keep your device and connected accounts secure.

We do not control the availability of third-party services or guarantee that every feature will remain available. This does not remove responsibilities that applicable law places on us.

Updates and availability

We may update the apps to fix problems, improve features, or meet platform and legal requirements. Features may change, and we do not promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or recovery of lost saves.

The games are for entertainment and do not promise educational, medical, or other professional outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, they are provided as available.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes mandatory consumer protections or remedies. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by the law applicable to you.

If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision does not by itself waive a right to enforce it later.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the apps or legal requirements. We will update the revision date and provide notice or obtain agreement where required. If you do not accept revised terms, stop using the apps; this does not affect rights that have already arisen.
